Vocce Text is an AI assistant that answers text messages (SMS and WhatsApp) on behalf of a business or a person ("the owner"). It is operated by Saadia Publication Inc., 84 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, bureau 301, Montréal QC H2Y 1S6, Canada ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Messages: the phone number or WhatsApp number of people who write to an owner's Vocce Text number, the content of their messages, and the assistant's replies.
Owner information: for owners who sign up, their name, email, business details and the information they give the assistant (hours, services, prices, instructions).
Technical data: delivery status and timestamps needed to run the service.

How we use it

To answer messages, pass requests to the owner, and show the conversation to the owner.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Messages are carried by Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp) and Meta (WhatsApp). Replies are written by an AI model provided by Anthropic, which processes the message to generate a reply. These providers process data only to deliver the service.

Retention

Conversations are kept while the owner's account is active so the owner can see their history, and deleted within 30 days after the owner closes the account or on request.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any Vocce Text number to stop receiving messages from it.
