The service

Vocce Text, operated by Saadia Publication Inc. (Montréal, Canada), provides an AI assistant that replies to SMS and WhatsApp messages on behalf of a business or a person ("the owner"). Vocce Text is in early access and may change.

SMS terms

How you opt in: you start the conversation by sending a text or WhatsApp message to a Vocce Text number. You only receive replies related to your own messages and requests.
What you receive: answers to your questions, confirmations that your request was passed to the owner, and follow-ups from the owner about your request. No marketing messages.
Frequency: varies with the conversation.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

AI replies

Replies are written by AI from the information the owner provides. The assistant says it is an AI when asked. It does not make bookings, prices or commitments binding on the owner's behalf; the owner confirms those. Do not rely on it for emergencies: call your local emergency number.

Owners' responsibilities

Owners must give accurate information to the assistant, only use Vocce Text to reply to people who contact them, and follow applicable laws on messaging and consent. Owners may not use Vocce Text for spam, unsolicited marketing or illegal content.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Saadia Publication Inc. is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service or from AI replies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
